Monday to Friday 09.00- 17.00 - Office based (1 day a week flexible working after training)
Our client is a small but growing business-to-business membership club that provides a range of support and benefits to businesses designed to help them grow and promote themselves. They provide the space and opportunity for like-minded individuals to connect with one another and enable business owners to collaborate, share opportunities and promote their businesses through events and networking opportunities.
This is a newly created role where you will be the key point of contact for members, providing them with exceptional customer services, and fostering loyalty and satisfaction. You will achieve this by learning about the members business and exploring their day-to-day needs. We are looking for candidates with previous experience who enjoy developing relationships and building trust, which will allow you to anticipate future requirements, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
The role will include:-
- Nurture and develop positive relationships with members
- Being the first point of contact for membership enquiries
- Making introductory and engagement calls, proactively engaging and listening to our members
- Understanding members businesses, goals and ambitions
- Identifying opportunities for and with our members
- Using Salesforce/ CRM system
- Explaining products and services finding solutions to their needs
- Maintaining relationships, aiming to speak to members once a month (with purpose)
- Keeping informed of new products/services/benefits
- Collaborate and support with the sales team and "introducer" network
- Maintaining accurate records on our members to enable excellent customer outcomes
- Generate leads from existing members and upsell services that will meet with their business needs
- Chase outstanding invoices and deal with any associated queries
Candidates with previous experience in account management or relationship management will be prioritised.
Salary is dependent upon experience
