We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to expand our Patient Engagement team. This is a role in a dynamic team with lots of opportunity for growth and progression. You will work as part of a larger cross-functional team and use your project management skills to deliver a wide range of services to clients including the development of project timelines, status reports and financial records.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • build and maintain excellent relations with clients to ensure a high-quality service
  • work closely with other members of the Client Services team, and the Patient Content team, and liaise with key decisions makers to support the execution and delivery of projects
  • organize and participate in meetings with clients and internal teams
  • produce regular status updates for clients on current projects
  • assist in the financial management of assigned projects

To succeed, you must have previous experience working in a medical communications agency, pharmaceutical marketing or patient organisation environment. You should have good financial understanding, strong project management skills and be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
