As a People Manager in our People Support Centre (HR Shared Service), you will have the flexibility to work on hybrid basis - 3 days per week office based/2 days per week home based. Has demonstrable organisational, communication and planning skills.
Is creative in seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
Is comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a geographically spread team.

Lead and advise on all aspects of HR management that covers the employee. Travel to our various offices and sites in the North, Midlands, South, Southwest and Wales as and when required to meet your customers and support in face-to-face formal meetings. Some overnight stays will be required.
Be able to coach managers and provides risk-balanced advice.
Proven generalist HR experience.
Has sound knowledge of employment law/employee relations.
Able to travel nationally, on an ad hoc basis, to support our internal customers.
Experience of using ResourceLink and/or SharePoint.
Has a Human Resources Management Degree.
Has operated at the level of People Manager, HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or similar.
Has worked in a Human Resources Shared Service setting.
