Description Du Poste

L'Ingénieur Coordinateur ou Ingénieure Coordinatrice Études Projet est responsable de la coordination et de la cohérence technique des études multi métiers, mono-métier multi-site avec ou sans partenaires / Sous-traitant.

Vous assurez la coordination des études réalisées par des bureaux d’études internes ou externes (prestataires) de le respect de qualité, des délais, et des couts - depuis la conception jusqu’à la fourniture des plans d’exécution (génie civil, charpente, tuyauterie, électricité, instrumentation, automatisme, …) de l’installation

Vous êtes le garant technique de la réponse apporté au attentes formulées par la Maîtrise d'ouvrage.

Vous pouvez intervenir lors de différentes phases d’un projet (étude de faisabilité, offre, APS, APD Exécution).

Vous rapportez au Directeur de projet / responsable d’offre.

Vos missions et responsabilités :

• Contribuer à analyser les projets et identifier les besoins et risques afférents à l'ingénierie dans ces projets

• Contribuer à recenser puis mettre en place les outils, méthodes et ressources d'ingénierie nécessaires pour la bonne exécution des projets

• Coordonner la mise en place des ressources nécessaires avec les responsables des disciplines des différents centres impliqués

• Contribuer à mettre en place un suivi de la bonne exécution des tâches d'ingénierie des projets ainsi que d'une boucle d'amélioration continue

• Dans le cadre de l'exécution d'un projet spécifique donné, vérifier que les tâches d'ingénierie sont réalisées en accord avec les exigences contractuelles et les pratiques reconnues d'ingénierie

• Coordonner les interfaces techniques avec le client et les partenaires

• Vérifier la pertinence des coûts du design des installations,

• Assurer la productivité optimale des tâches d'ingénierie par le respect du planning et par la coordination des activités d'études (ingénierie, partenaires, fournisseurs, etc.)

• Faire organiser et réaliser les revues de projet (constructibilité, Hazop, etc.) et gérer les modifications résultant de ces revues de projet

• Assurer la coordination technique générale -avec la direction technique- entre les centres d'opération (le cas échéant)

• Gérer les modifications techniques initiées par les tiers (client, partenaires) ainsi que le processus de management of change interne du projet

Vous êtes : De formation minimum BAC+5 , vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 10 ans en tant qu'ingénieur coordinateur projet ou sur un poste similaire dans un environnement industriel. Organisé (e), rigoureux (se) et autonome, vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques. Une bonne maitrise de l'anglais serait un plus.
