About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom and supporting students in the absence of the regular teacher. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, organised, and eager to inspire young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
  • Maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
  • Support students with their learning and answer questions as needed.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in leading a class and managing behaviour effectively.
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to working in different classroom settings.
  • A degree (any subject) is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience working with young people is a bonus but not required.
