**SEMH Cover Supervisor**
**Location: Gainsborough**

We are currently seeking a dedicated **SEMH Cover Supervisor** for **GSL Education** partnered school a full-time, **permanent position** in **Gainsborough**. This role offers an **immediate start,** with a daily rate of **£100 - £125**.

As an **SEMH Cover Supervisor**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and emotional development of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This challenging yet rewarding position requires a resilient individual who can adapt to changing situations and provide stability and support for our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Classroom Activities**: Supervise and manage the classroom, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- ** Support SEMH Students**: Provide targeted support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to engage with the curriculum.
- ** Develop Educational Resources**: Prepare teaching materials and educational resources that cater to the diverse needs of SEMH students.
- ** Promote Positive Behaviour**: Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- ** Collaborate with Staff**: Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to implement effective support strategies and plans.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience with SEMH**: Previous experience working with SEMH students or in a similar educational support role is highly desirable.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to adapt teaching and behavioural management strategies to meet the needs of SEMH students.
- ** Strong Classroom Management**: Skills in managing challenging behaviours and promoting a positive learning environment.
- ** Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
