An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Team at The Isla Gladstone Conservatory as an Events/Operations Manager. The role will be to support the smooth running of our busy Events Space in our Unique Grade 2 listed building. As an established family run business, we pride ourselves on being close knit and approachable and feel like this is the best way to create a friendly and all round pleasurable place to work.
As part of the team, the Events Manager will be responsible for the management of all events undertaken at the venue. We host a variety of events here, from Corporate days to Weddings, to Hospitality for Liverpool Football Club. Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth transition from booking to completion of the event.
Meeting with clients to understand what is important to them for their event and exceeding this every time.
Managing the ordering for each Event in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts on a 5 out of 7 day Rota. Weekend availability is vital, as a lot of events run Thursday to Sunday.
There is Complimentary onsite parking for all staff at the venue. Staff meals are provided during shifts.
Food Hygiene certificates are desirable but not essential.
