What you'll be doing:

The role of the Transformation Director is responsible for driving the business change and transformation agenda across the organisation.

Focused on driving accelerated performance improvement, through delivery of strategic initiatives, leading the Transformation Office and partnering with Executives and senior leaders to identify and deliver value-based programs on time and on cost.

Responsible for developing and instilling a positive and effective change management strategy and building the organisation's capacity to manage and deal with change, while embedding foundational new org capabilities.

  • Overseeing scoping, delivery and benefit realisation of the Transformation programme by partnering with Executives and senior leaders to deliver results.
  • Engagement with Execs, MDs and businesses leaders to understand the opportunities and challenges, to help shape and ultimately deliver complex strategic and transformational solutions.
  • Provide constructive challenge, coaching & advise to senior leaders to maximise the impact of projects, with a strong focus on pace and path to value.
  • Create new projects and/or programmes to meet the strategic objectives of the organisation.
  • Lead a lean Transformation team and operate in a matrixed structure to create strong cross functional project teams, focused on delivering the change agenda.
  • Develop and maintain positive, highly collaborative, and effective working relationships with business counterparts.
  • Ensure the vision, goals, governance and ongoing status of the Transformation agenda is consistently and clearly communicated to Executive Leadership
  • Partner with the Finance team to ensure clear goal setting, visibility of finacial benefit capture/reporting and bottom-line impact.
  • Work with the People and Communications team to ensure that change communications are effective, consistent and provide a clear programme view for all interested parties.

  • Ability to operate with and influence executives and senior leaders.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal/external stakeholders to influence positive change.
  • Strong leadership skills including the ability to manage people across a matrixed structure and geographical locations.
  • Ability to work with complex business Transformation programmes in a multinational organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams of experts and to draw on your own experiences to develop and publicise insights that could shape thinking across different parts of the business.
