Due to continued growth, they require a Commercial Director to support the next phase of growth and apply their expertise to the target markets – these include Plant Hire, Power Hire, Event Hire, Film & TV and Construction.
As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining existing customer relationships, and expanding market share across designated sectors. Your role will involve strategic planning, market analysis, and fostering partnerships to promote the brand and technology offerings.
Brand and Product Awareness:
Develop strategies to raise brand awareness and highlight our after-sales and manufacturing capabilities.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and manage sales, pricing, and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct forecasting of sales and fleet utilization on a regular basis.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Commercial Proposals:
Identify potential technology partnerships to expand our product offerings.
Customer Relationship Management:
Proven track record of success in commercial roles within the power generation or related industries.
