CAVU Trading Manager

You will be responsible for maximizing the revenue from our distribution websites, across either EMEA or AMER regions, through the optimization of all sessions driven to the websites via either direct or indirect channels.
This is a key role within the e-commerce team, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of our business plan targets, in line with the e-commerce objective of maximizing revenue for our clients.
You will Support the head of Ecommerce in the setting and delivery of ecommerce business plan targets for two or more distribution websites. Plan and execute the multichannel trading calendar, including various discounting, merchandising & campaigns – leading and coordinating stakeholders in the successful delivery of the plan, whilst providing a holistic view of the business, raising challenges or opportunities where appropriate.
You will also support the Head of E-Commerce in identifying and commercially modelling new opportunities of growth to either deliver or over achieve the business plan targets.
You will work on some top brands in the global distributor market with a massive range of products. Create an attachment rate strategies to drive revenue without affecting core product sales.
Ability to analysis and understand customer concerns / market conditions to create relevant products / bundles.
Plan and execute the multichannel trading calendar, including various discounting, merchandising & campaigns – leading and coordinating stakeholders in the successful delivery of the plan, whilst providing a holistic view of the business, raising challenges or opportunities where appropriate.
Lead weekly trading meetings, identifying areas of concern, opportunities for accelerated growth, whilst effectively putting action/correction plans in place to drive growth and ensuring delivery of the P&L.
Work with paid media and SEO teams to ensure the most effective channel strategy is implemented to drive profitable volume growth across our airports, ensuring focus on key markets identified by yourself and the Head of Ecommerce.
Provide in depth analysis of site performance on a total level, airport and supplier level. Identify performance issues by key metrics in a timely manner and apply corrective actions to optimize profitability.
Continually evaluate the impact and effectiveness of trading strategies and tactics to identify areas of concern/opportunity and recommend both tactical and strategic planning action
Implement optimal e-commerce strategies by each website, to deliver year on year growth in conversion rate, ATV, revenue and profitability at a minimum.
