Job Description

As a Senior Change Manager at u-blox, you will be a pivotal member of our People team and newly created Organizational Development Center of Expertise. This is a unique chance to shape a new role essential to drive organizational transformation and to our employee’s and company’s growth.

In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing change management framework and strategies together with the People and Org Development team, paving the way for successful organizational transformation in our company. Your primary focus will be on the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from a change management perspective. You will be ensuring a smooth transition and acceptance of the new system across the organization.

Your colleagues and stakeholders are based in different locations worldwide, so you should feel at ease working virtually and in a global environment. We are looking for someone who is bringing strong expertise in change initiatives, in fostering a culture of adaptability and in ensuring seamless transitions. The role is located in Cambourne (Cambridge, UK). A valid work permit is required.

Your Responsibilities
Focus on change management strategy framework:
  • Work closely with the company’s stakeholders to design and structure the change management framework at u-blox
  • Develop communication and change training plans in line with our organizational culture
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of our change initiatives in the future
Focus on change management for ERP implementation
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive user adoption and to minimize resistance to our new ERP during its implementation across the different functions
  • Assess the impact of the ERP and process changes on our people and develop communication and training plans to ensure a smooth transition
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams (primarily IT, Supply Chain & Procurement, Finance & Sales Ops) to deliver the training programs and materials to meet their needs, providing hands-on support during the implementation phase and post-go-live
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our change management activities with the ERP, and refine as needed

Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in change management methodologies, tools and best practices, ideally experience with ERP transformations
  • Further education in change management
  • Ability to develop a compelling and comprehensive transformation journey
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to create relationships across departments and organizational units
  • Hands-on personality with a can-do attitude
  • English fluent, other language would be an asset
