Acting as the Design and Implementation Lead/Senior Technical Engineer for key clients. This includes building strong client relationships, attending regular reviews, developing technical strategies and road-maps, identifying commercial opportunities, managing escalations, and maintaining client documentation.
Managing the Technical Implementation team, including conducting one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, training plans, and overseeing diary management.
Collaborating with the Technical Director, Solutions Architect, and other Senior Engineers to lead solution design, planning, and implementation for projects such as Server and Network Installations, Office 365, and SharePoint.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation to support other technical teams for clients where you hold Technical Lead responsibility.
Assisting Client Account Managers in the creation of Statements of Work (SoW).
Providing line management for team members.
Mentoring and assisting colleagues, Junior Engineers, and Apprentices within the technical teams, fostering opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
Supporting other Technical Leads and internal teams to ensure project success.

Extensive technical expertise in Windows and Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies. Ideally some experience with Networking/Wireless.
Proficiency in managing modern workplace cloud infrastructure, including SharePoint management, design, and implementation.
Strong knowledge of Intune and Autopilot, with hands-on experience in their management, design, and implementation.
