Engagement Success Manager

BlueVoyant is looking for a Client Success Manager to support our clients’ Supply Chain Defense experience. Ensure consistent quality of service delivery
Facilitate feedback to advocate for capability improvements on behalf of our clients in partnership with our Product Management team
Deliver evidence of ongoing performance improvements in partnership with our SCD delivery partners
Create and execute service improvement plans as appropriate
Drive successful service renewals through high client satisfaction
Engage clients to participate in case studies and other marketing events
3-5 years of cyber security experience, preferably with a background in vendor-risk management, GRC, or third-party risk
~ Experience working with investment firms and/or private equity firms
~ Excellent problem solving and conflict management abilities
~ Knowledge of and experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems and SIEM software
~ Ability to understand client business drivers and risk tolerance and apply industry trends
