We're currently looking for 1x Full-Time Customer Care Advisor (35 hours), to start in June on a 12-month FTC hybrid role, working in London 2-days-per-week and home 3-days-per-week.
Offering a fantastic salary of £24,592, the roles require you to liaise with new and existing customers via telephone, email, letter, social media, and web chat offering customer care and managing service-related calls, with potentially vulnerable people. After successfully passing probation at six-months, the salary automatically increases to £27,324. You’ll be joining a great culture with a brilliant team spirit, with a fully inclusive and diverse talent population.
The ideal candidate would have experience dealing with a high volume of calls, be customer centric, empathetic, and passionate about helping people, be a clear communicator which excellent attention to detail and articulation.
Take payments and make amendments to supporting and professional memberships, as well as fundraising and in memory donations.
Undertaking general day-to-day admin, including sending thank you letters and acknowledgements and completing white mail, using CRM systems.
This is a hybrid role, working from the London-based office 2-days-a-week. As an exception, during your first week in the role, you will be asked to work 3 days in the office, for onboarding and training purposes.
The operation supports customers from 9am to 6pm, 5-days-a-week, and the team work across two rotational shift patterns: 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
