Office Assistant

UK Property Agents are looking for a new member to join their growing business, are you interested in the property market or wish to learn more?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support across all departments to ensure the efficient operation of the office as well as providing admin support.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct calls
Filing/ scanning important documents
Assisting in the maintenance department
Assisting across other departments
Liaising with the council and utility companies via phone/email
Liaising with the tenants
Liaising with contractors/engineers
Organising and managing EPC,GAS,ELECTRIC Certs
Arranging payment of invoices
Purchasing materials for engineers
Conducting emails to tenants and clients
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Experience
Previous experience in an office environment is essential
Hours
(PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE)
Part-Time, 16 Hours (Happy to discuss days)
Monday - Friday
Location
London, NW2 2QH
