Job Title: Secure Care Worker - No Experience Required
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people?
Do you have a genuine interest in helping children and teens, even if you have no prior experience? We're looking for individuals with a passion for working with young people to join our team as Secure Care Workers in our Secure Children's Home. No formal experience is required, just a drive to support and inspire young people who may be facing difficult challenges. We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
As a Secure Care Worker, you will be a vital part of a dedicated team, helping young people aged 10 to 17 find stability and hope during difficult times. You'll be providing hands-on care and support, engaging with them in day-to-day activities, education, and health-related matters. Offering care and emotional support to young people in a secure environment
Helping them build self-confidence and develop life skills
Our young people are unique individuals, and we're looking for someone who will treat them as such.
