Stellar Omada is a dynamic technology delivery partner committed to driving digital transformation and innovation for our clients. As we expand our footprint in the UK public sector, we are seeking a seasoned Public Sector Account Lead to spearhead our growth and success in this domain.

This is a brand-new arm of the business so the successful applicant will be leading this and building the function from the ground up.

The Account Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure new business and manage existing accounts within the UK public sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in winning business, writing successful bids, accessing government frameworks, and managing complex client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the public sector landscape, strong strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK public sector.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the public sector.

Bid Management:
Lead the end-to-end bid process, including identifying opportunities, bid planning, writing, submission, and post-submission activities.
Manage and coordinate the production of high-quality bid documents and presentations.

Navigate and leverage public sector procurement frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists, Crown Commercial Service frameworks) to secure contracts.
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for public sector clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their strategic objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their goals.
Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous value delivery.

Provide insights and thought leadership on public sector trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the public sector.
Represent Stellar Omada at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our visibility and reputation.

Proven experience in public sector account management, with a focus on technology solutions and services.
Demonstrated success in winning public sector contracts and writing compelling bids.
In-depth knowledge of UK public sector procurement processes and frameworks.
