Job Description CRM DATA MANAGER
HYBRID
LONDON - VERY FLEXIBLE WORKING - NO SET DAYS IN THE OFFICE

This is a FTSE 100 multinational home improvement retail business

As a CRM Data Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

Play an integral role in the planning and delivery of complex, personalised, automated programmes, utilising knowledge of Tealium capability
Build CRM segments in Tealium to the required specifications for CRM and Performance marketing deployment
Have a deep understanding of the capability of Tealium and educate CRM Managers and Data Analysts on this and where it can be applied to improve performance
Adhere to data quality/management best practices and regulations including ensuring compliance with GDPR

Extensive experience using Tealium or equivalent CDP platform with knowledge of how data flows into TealiumA/S via different integration methodologies
Experience in CDP management - Tealium, mParticle, Segment or equivalent market-leading CDP
Knowledge of SQL, JavaScropt/Python/NodeJS for editing data as well as understanding of SDKs, APIs and JSON
Skilled in scoping and delivering data requirements for programmes with automation and personalisation requirements
