Senior Sales Specialist In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of building supplies products therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder’s merchant environment is essential.
Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
Counter sales
Taking a proactive approach to building product sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.
Use a customer relationship management system (CRM) holding a portfolio of 100 + customers
Upsell and gap analysis on existing customers
Sound building supplies knowledge is required
Previous sales experience in a builder’s merchant environment is essential
Strong sales experience is essential for this role
A good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Computer literate.
Local area and customer knowledge would be an advantage. A competitive pay package
