Le/la Responsable de l'Ingénierie contribue directement à l'expansion de l'empreinte de l'entreprise en France en participant activement à la planification, la coordination et la supervision de l'exécution des projets d'énergie renouvelable, principalement photovoltaïque (PV), avec un accent sur les ombrières de parking, les toitures et l'AgriPV.
Responsabilités principales
# Assurer la supervision technique des projets assignés depuis la conception de base jusqu'à la conception détaillée et la construction.
# Être responsable du calendrier d'ingénierie des projets et garantir le maintien de la séquence d'ingénierie adéquate, ou mettre en place des mesures de correction si nécessaire.
# Vérifier l’intégration des aspects de santé, de sécurité et d’environnement dans la conception.
# Soutenir la gestion et le contrôle des aspects techniques / calendrier / H&S / qualité pendant le processus de conception.
# Apporter un soutien actif à la Due Diligence technique des projets PV avec les équipes de Fusions et Acquisitions.
# Participer aux processus de passation de marchés (RFQ/RFP), exigences techniques des projets, évaluation des offres, discussions contractuelles.
# Analyser les plans et rapports du département des ressources et proposer des améliorations possibles.
# Bonne connaissance des principales sociétés de conseil en ingénierie et entreprises de construction du marché national.
# Compréhension des dessins de conception de projet et capacité à participer aux discussions avec les concepteurs et les sous-traitants BOP/EPC.
# Capacité à rechercher des solutions en collaboration avec les concepteurs pour optimiser le budget du projet tout en maintenant sa qualité.
# Collaborer lors de la phase de construction et apporter des solutions aux problèmes de conception de construction en coordination avec l'équipe de construction.
# Disponibilité pour des déplacements dans le pays où sont situés les projets et capacité à coordonner les activités en fonction des besoins du projet.

Qualifications
# Formation en ingénierie (de préférence Ingénieur Électrique/Civil).
# Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en ingénierie de projets d’énergie renouvelable PV.
# Expérience avec les composants et équipements techniques généralement installés dans les centrales photovoltaïques et les lignes à haute tension et postes de transformation.
# Bonne compréhension des communications avec les différentes parties prenantes lors du processus de conception.
# Expérience des outils AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, Windpro, Wasp, Pvsyst, Lise PV, PVsol, Archelios.
# Connaissance des réglementations locales pour la conception et le raccordement des projets au réseau.
# Compétences en négociation et résolution de problèmes.
# Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
# Fortes capacités analytiques.
# Disponibilité pour des déplacements.
# Bonne compréhension des plans de conception de projet et aptitude à participer aux discussions avec les concepteurs et les sous-traitants BOP/EPC.
# Bon niveau d’anglais (écrit/parlé).
# Compétences en rapport et travail d'équipe.
