Salary: £37-42,000 Dependant on experience

I am delighted to be supporting a leading multidisciplinary practice providing architecture, building services engineering, and surveying services across the UK. With over five decades of experience, the client supports clients in both the public and private sectors, with work spanning from residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public infrastructure projects.

Our client are looking for a skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Norwich team on a permanent basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to lead project technical delivery, collaborating closely with clients, architects, and professionals to ensure the successful completion of high-calibre buildings across various sectors.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Chartered membership with CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) or actively pursuing chartered status.
  • Extensive experience as an Architectural Technologist within a consultancy setting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Sound technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Previous experience in leading project teams preferred.
  • Running jobs from inception to completion.
  • Offering technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Engaging with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical challenges and meet project requirements.
