A Legal 500 firm that offers excellent support with training contracts and the SQE route is looking for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join a growing Court of Protection Team in their south London office.

The firm has multiple offices, is long established, and is ranked in multiple practice areas by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

You will be joining one of their busiest teams and gain exposure to both interesting and rewarding health and welfare work.

Your duties will include:

- Produce letters, witness statements, court applications and other documents

- Ordering and organising the installation of equipment within clients homes

- Make payments, and keep accurate records and schedules of repeat payments

- Lots of client contact and progression opportunities as the firm continues to grow

The successful COP Paralegal will be:

- Experienced in court of protection with experience in mental capacity
