As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in Maintenance tasks across the site. \Manage Kier engineers & subcontractors
Ensure that all engineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks and controls required for their tasks and take all practicable course of action to ensure a safe working environment
Ensure that the asset base is accurate within responsible area and maintained in suitable format for the required CAFM system. \You have extensive experience of hard services and facilities contracts
You have a background in Commercial Maintenance
You are experienced in relationship management
