Strategic Resourcing Manager

Global Health and Infection (GHI) have been core to the BSMS strategy since the medical school opened in 2003. The department runs a vibrant research programme with academic links around the world via the Sussex Centre for Global Health Research, with a dedicated area being multidisciplinary research on three Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs). One of those partners is Footwork , a charity founded by Professor Gail Davey in 2012.
BSMS are looking to recruit a Resource Mobilisation and Strategy Manager to ensure the sustainability and drive the implementation of the strategic plan to support Footwork’s mission; ‘To improve the lives of individuals and communities affected by podoconiosis by bringing together public and private partnerships to accelerate treatment and prevention’.
