Job Title: Business Development Manager (Vaping Products) Mandatory Requirements:
Valid right to work in the UK.
Full UK Driving Licence (valid and clean).
Fluency in English (written and spoken) - working language.
Role Purpose:
To drive sales and brand presence within an assigned territory by developing and managing retail accounts (convenience stores, specialist vape shops, supermarkets, etc.), executing in-store marketing initiatives, and gathering critical market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
New Store Development: Responsible for the development of new stores within the specified area (eg. business negotiation, successful entry), and accountable for the number of newly opened stores;
Store Information Maintenance : Responsible for entering store information into the CRM system, including but not limited to: store name, address, phone number, standard 3 photos (storefront, shelves, posters), basic material placement posters, flavor cards, window stickers, etc.;
Market Information Analysis: Responsible for collecting, providing feedback on, and analyzing information such as overall market conditions, competitor trends (strategies), and market feedback on the company's products;
Other: Related work for the expansion of other stores, such as providing POS displays, POP materials, and product sales training to stores.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of field sales experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or vaping industry. Existing network of retail contacts is highly advantageous.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a high-frequency field-based schedule.
Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Competency in basic data analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel.
