IM&T Practitioner – (Business Analysis)

Salary: From £43,373 depending on skills and experience
Formally define the scope and high-level requirements for project deliverables in an Agile environment
You will be coaching, mentoring and ensuring that Business Analysis is applied by third parties to project deliverables
Dealing with issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information
selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches
You will be responsible for investigating operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes
Specifying requirements for environment, data, resources and tools, reviewing and testing results and modifying tests as necessary
You will be required to have a Degree/Diploma in Business Analysis or hold relatable equivalent experience
A good business acumen will be essential for the role and with this strong stakeholder management experience and willingness
An understanding and experience of delivering IT projects via the ITIL framework
Experience of using Sharepoint

The Digital Workplace Architecture Team
The Digital Workplace and Infrastructure Services team is one of four Product Groups within the IM&T function.
