Our apprentice program starts in September 2024 and we are currently looking for motivated and control focused Apprentices to join our Global Markets Operations team in Chester in a full time role whilst studying the Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship standard.

If you have the keen desire to learn and progress in financial services, our apprenticeship program can give you an in-depth understanding of our business. Gain front to back understanding of the businesses being supported and building relationships with key internal partners including Technology, Front Office, Legal and other Operational teams.

Understand the front to back processes within the team and the associated risks and controls

Fluency in English is essential

English & mathematics (or equivalent)

Not in full-time education when starting the apprenticeship

Have not completed a qualification or apprenticeship at the same level or higher which provided you with substantially the same skills or training as you would gain through this apprenticeship with Bank of America
