If so, come and join IQVIA's International Projects team. We specialize in building, deploying, and managing sales, medical affairs, and non-promotional field-based teams as part of multi country projects and are looking for new leaders due to our continued success. This is a field/home based position.
Strategic Project Management:
Lead projects with durations ranging from 1 to 5 years.
Direct the hiring and selection process for international project staff.
Foster professional development, reward excellence, and address employee relations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with local and international project managers for gold standard service.
Align projects with customer objectives.
Chair project governance steering committees with C-suite customer contacts.
Provide proactive guidance to optimize project objectives and drive efficiencies.
Collaborate with local country operations and other International Project Directors.
Experience: Significant experience in strategic planning and leading medical sales teams within the pharmaceutical industry.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential as it will be the common language when dealing with internal stake holders and team members based in other countries.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
