We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Special Needs Teacher to join our exceptional team of educators and support staff.

As a Special Needs Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work in small class sizes, with a maximum of 6 pupils, alongside 3 dedicated teaching assistants and a collaborative team of professionals. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and fellow teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and a sense of community.
Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development activities to continuously enhance your teaching skills.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
