SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive community at our exceptional primary school in Redbridge.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for supporting students with special educational needs and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring students receive tailored support.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills, with a focus on building confidence and self-esteem.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- A supportive and friendly working environment, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
- Access to training and resources to enhance your skills and knowledge in special education.
- A chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, supporting their academic and personal growth.
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable, but not essential.
- A patient, caring, and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Relevant qualifications or training in special education is a plus, but not essential.
