The role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Estates and Compliance Co-ordinator to join the team. The role is wide-reaching, working with Facilities, Maintenance, Grounds and Operations teams and external contractors. 

The postholder will support the Estates Manager to ensure compliance with various safety and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate registers and keeping records for inspection. Strong administration skills and a proactive nature will be required to help co-ordinate both reactive and planned works and oversee the annual update of school policies.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive IT experience
  • Ability to prioritise both reactive and scheduled works
  • Health & Safety at Work qualification
  • IOSH qualified (or willing to become qualified)

Salary: £28,000 FTE
