Head of Safeguarding – Lead the Charge for Safety in Motorsport
Motorsport UK is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Safeguarding to join our team and lead the safeguarding function across all disciplines of motorsport. Based at our headquarters in Bicester, this senior role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved in our sport.


As Head of Safeguarding, you’ll lead the development and implementation of a robust safeguarding strategy to ensure motorsport remains safe, fair, and fun for all. You’ll manage a dedicated team of professionals and oversee safeguarding activity across our network of clubs, venues, volunteers, and regional associations.

Your role will involve designing policies, auditing safeguarding compliance, and embedding a culture of safety throughout the motorsport community. By championing safeguarding at every level, you’ll empower everyone involved in motorsport to feel protected and supported.


You’ll bring significant safeguarding experience and a proven track record of developing and implementing safeguarding strategies at a senior level. Your knowledge of child protection laws, safe recruitment practices, and broader safeguarding legislation will be second to none.

This role calls for someone with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, analysing data to inform decision-making, and creating innovative solutions to enhance safeguarding processes.
