Are you seeking an exciting opportunity with a rapidly expanding drainage contractor? At Vector, we are thrilled to represent our client who is in search of skilled HGV Class 2 drivers to join their highways team in New Alresford, Hampshire.
About the Company: Our client takes pride in fostering a culture of comprehensive training, prioritisingsafety, and nurturing internal talent. Position: HGV Class 2 Driver - Temp to Perm Contract
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will not only operate the Vacuum Tanker (Gully Tanker) with utmost safety but also play a crucial role in maintaining the roadside drainage network. This entails active involvement outside the vehicle, utilisingprovided equipment to ensure the drainage network's upkeep. Monday to Friday
Day and night shifts available
Day Shift: 6 AM - 4:30 PM
Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
10 hours per shift,totallinga 50-hour workweek.
Day Shift: £13.Night Shift: £16.74 per hour
Enhanced rates and bonuses for hours worked outside of standard hours and for meeting specific performance targets.
Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
Previous experience in a road or drainage environment is beneficial, though not mandatory
