Manchester Campus Academic Administrator Salary - Circa £30,000 The London School of Commerce (LSC) is one of the largest and most reputableprivate higher education providers in the United Kingdom. The LSC Group has campuses at multiple global locations. Due toongoing regional expansion,LSCisseeking an enthusiasticand experiencedindividual to join the administration team at ournew Manchester campus. Theideal applicant willbe able to work well under pressure and mustbe attentive to theunique needs of eachstudent. Responsibilities to include: Providing general administrative support. Monitoring attendance and progress of students enrolled. Manage the student life cycle from registration to graduation. Dealing with queries and complaints procedures. Coordinate examination and assessment processes M aintenance of student records Effective use of technology and information systems to prepare reports for both internal and external use Ensuring effective communication to all students, includingvia regular classroom visits. Qualifications and person specification Minimum of a Bachelorsdegreeor equivalent qualification Excellent organisational skills Ability to followprocedures and workto tight deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally. Strong interpersonal skills Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent IT skills in areas such as spreadsheets and databases A flexible approach to work Experiencein ahighereducation setting would be desirable.
