Japanese speaking Expatriates/ HR Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:
* Coordination of meetings within EMEA, personal evaluation feedback for expatriates, schedule management for promotion review employees.
* Administrative support of data/document requests from Japan HQ to EMEA companies & collection / transferral of said information back to HQ.
* Support of expatriate visa applications to countries outside of the UK
* Database management projects e.g. group mailing addresses, expatriate bulletin board.
Japanese speaking Expatriates/ HR Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Good written and spoken Japanese and English
* Intermediate level Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup)
* Data analysis ability
* Experience in accounting and/or sales strategy planning
