The Mortgage and Protection Advisor Role
As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor for the brokerage, you'll be covering award winning estate agency branches in Aberdeen and Stonehaven. You’ll be provided with leads directly from the Estate Agency branches that you work alongside, and through established network of introducers.
You will support and guide clients throughout their mortgage and protection journey, helping them secure suitable mortgage and protection products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Mortgage and Protection Advisor key responsibilities
Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice and guidance to clients
Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage and protection products
Tailored Mortgage and Protection products to match financial circumstances.
Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
Analyse and compare mortgage & protection products from various lenders & providers
Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
Follow industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
The Mortgage and Protection Advisor Package
Mortgage and Protection Advisor desired skills and experience
Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
Whole of market mortgage and protection experience
Ability and desire to travel to other offices in the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire area
Excellent communication skills, in person, by telephone and in written form
