As a Lead Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and driving data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide the development of new features. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration in our London office.
Product Performance Analysis : Conduct detailed analyses of product performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide product development and strategy.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven approaches are integrated into product development.
User Behavior Analysis : Analyze user behavior and feedback to understand how customers interact with our platform, identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Experience : 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in an e-commerce or technology-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience. A master’s degree is a plus.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the automotive or e-commerce sector is highly desirable.
Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining.
Project Management : Experience managing analytics projects from inception to completion.
