Management Accountant (Engineering)
Location: Daventry with hybrid working
Salary: up to £45K dependent on experience
T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Management Accountant on behalf of a successful and rapidly growing business services company.
As Management Accountant (Engineering), you will produce end to end management accounts for a number of entities within the Group. This role will have a heavy focus on excel, in relation to inventory and the analysis of monthly activity to budgets, forecasts and month on month variances.
As Management Accountant, key responsibilities will include:

Production of end-to-end management accounts for two entities
Calculate and validate the monthly inventory valuation,
Investigate inventory variances through to resolution timely, engaging with the business to reduce repeat of issue.
Review the P&L for activity performed by others and seek justification for any variances.
Provide detailed revenue and costs variance analysis and information
Balance sheet reconciliations, providing analysis and commentary
Deliver the provision of accurate Divisional and Group reporting and analysis.
To be successful in this Management Accountant role, we are seeking the following:

Ideally a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) with 2 years management accounts experience gained in industry. QBE and part qualified will also be considered
Excel skill at intermediate level or above
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Questions and where appropriate challenges the status quo to ensure continuous improvement.
Able to demonstrate flexibility by adapting work in line with changing priorities
Knowledge of Sage 200 an advantage.
