Opportunity for an experienced PA located in Aberdeen City Centre. Directly supporting the CEO and Commercial Director, this is a varied permanent, full-time opportunity. Candidates should be available to work in the Aberdeen office, however hybrid working of 8 days per month from home is available. Candidates should have previous senior PA experience. This role manages the administration activities for the CEO and Commercial Director and works closely with the leadership team.

Duties Include:

  • Managing the CEO and Commercial Director’s diaries.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Preparing agendas.
  • Taking minutes.
  • Inbox management.
  • Preparing expense reports.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Preparing presentations.

Personal Attributes & Required Skills Include:

  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Previous experience in a senior level PA role.
  • Strong background in taking accurate meeting minutes.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Tactful and diplomatic.
