You will have sales or customer service experience and a great positive attitude.   • Dealing with current and potential vendors
  • Showing potential purchasers around properties
  • Negotiating sales
  • Progressing sales through to completion
  • Providing weekly sales figures
  • Taking and putting forward offers
  • Following up on viewings
  • Canvassing
  • Phoning potential buyers on new properties on the market
Estate Agent Negotiator Skills & Experience:
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent time management
  • IT Literate
  • Great communication skills
  • Local knowledge preferred.
  • Good attitude towards learning
  • Ability to maintain administrative processes.
  • Driving Licence
