Salary: £95 per day Job Type: Full-time, Temp to perm Contract length: 12 months We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate TA for Special Needs to join their staff for next term. Responsibilities The ideal TA for Special Needs for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school. The TA for Special Needs appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment. The TA for Special Needs chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students. Qualifications/Experience You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this TA for Special Needs role. To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a TA for Special Needs. School There is excellent senior leadership in place at this school and any TA for Special Needs joining this staff will enjoy strong support with great scope to career development.
