You will also have the opportunity to work with diverse and delicious products that are sourced responsibly and sustainably from over 50 different protein sources from 5 continents.Sofina Foods has a 25 year history of excellence in the food industry and provides over 500 million meals for the global market every year.Our vision is to be the most successful food company in the worldIf you are looking for a rewarding and exciting career in the food sector, Sofina Foods is the place for you.Key AccountabilitiesThe role is to work as part of a team covering the day-to-day fulfilment of all orders (Retail, traded, export) in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement with our customers.• The role works closely with all sites, freight forwarders and external warehouses to complete core tasks of raising and releasing orders, amending information and communicating with Customers, Operations and Account Managers.• Maintain accountability for your workload to ensure successful delivery of the processes on time.• Manage any escalations and further escalating as required to ensure prompt resolution.• Take part in a team rota covering the hours of operation.• Be a key ambassador through polite, courteous & timely interaction with internal and external customers, governing bodies & suppliers to further support the business.• Ensure accurate administration and maintenance of all documentation where necessary.• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.• Proactively manage orders from receipt through delivery, and by partnering with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to ensure best in class results.• Determine root cause and identify ways to improve performance and proactively reduce service level impact.Skills and Experience Required Ability to build strong relationships both internally within the team and externally with customers.• Work closely with all functions throughout the Shared Service department, supporting collaboration and understanding of customer, supplier, and company requirements.• Present a professional image, upholding the positive image of the Shared Service Centre and supporting a strong positive relationship with employees, customer, and suppliers.• To assist with training and direction to support the O&E manager.• Work as part of a unified team, driving increased business knowledge throughout and supporting an environment for the whole team to contribute to success, with ownership by all.• Inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence.• Continually strive to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make constructive suggestions for change directly to the O&E manager.• Assist the O&E manager to mitigate team conflict and communication issues.• Good communication skills with the capability to communicate confidently internally & externally.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.BenefitsCompetitive ratesOnline Benefits HubCanteenLife insuranceOn-site parkingCompany pensionReferral programmeHealth & wellbeing programmeScheduleDay ShiftLocationMaltonHours of WorkFull timeCompanySofina FoodsCountryUKAutoReqId3530BRAdRefHPIND
