Would you like to work for a well established small to medium sized business where you can really make a difference to the company and feel like a valued part of their order processing team?We are working with a brilliant manufacturing business who are market leaders in their field and supply their products all over the world. Due to an increased workload, they are looking to recruit and additional Sales Order Processor to be part of a team of five others.What the Sales Order Processing job involvesProcessing orders on the ERP system once quotes have been acceptedLiaising with the factory on timescales to productionCoordination of the exported goods worldwide via courier, air, land and seaCompletion of all shipping and export documents accurately for each orderProduction of all invoices for customersScanning and allocation of export documents to each orderDealing with all telephone and email enquiriesSkills requiredPrevious experience from within an Order Processing / Sales Administration based jobLogistics / Export experience would be advantageous but not essentialFully computer literate with MS Word, Outlook and ExcelStrong communication skills both written and verbal to speak to customers worldwideA strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with easeAble to manage your own workload and work as part of a teamOther informationFull time working Monday to Friday 8.30
