WEEKEND Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator you will be based within our Control Tower at our head office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. This is a Monday – Friday role incorporating working 1 in every 5 weekends after your initial 12-week training period. The role also offers a hybrid working policy.

Reporting into the Regional Operations Supervisor, you will support with domestic and international transport bookings and scheduling activities, where you will liaise heavily with suppliers and carriers to distribute requirements, monitoring shipment movements and progress to achieve operational goals. You will also be responsible for accurate data input into various internal systems, ensuring information and documentation match requirements, shipments are monitored, and timelines updated.
