We are on a mission to confront the global nutrient deficiency crisis and expose the dark side of the $164 billion supplement industry. Shockingly, 74% still lack essential nutrients while the industry purchases more sugar than vitamins. We provide the solution through maximum strength, sugar-free supplements that work.
What you can expect from this role at Tonic Nutrition:
- Responsible for overseeing and the day to day management of our Customer Service platform Gorgias.
- Liaise with our content & branding team daily to ensure that consistent high quality customer service and customer nutrition content levels are achieved across the brand.
- Consulting with our warehouse provider regularly to resolve customer order issues, delivery issues and stock queries etc.
- Weekly customer service reporting, tracking refunds, subscription cancellations & ticket data.
- Fast paced learning environment, liaising and assisting all colleagues with new tasks regularly.
- Opportunity to support the content team on nutrition content and writing.
About you:
- Must be able to adapt and be open to assisting new tasks as they become available.
- Perfect written English, ensuring clear and professional communication across all platforms.
- A strong creative eye for ticket responses and resolving order issues
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Degree in nutritional health or sciences.

- Salary: £25,000+ dependant on experience.
