Instinct are working with a global law firm who are looking for an experienced learning design consultant to work alongside their Digital Design and Platforms team.

We're looking for an innovative thinker to take the lead on liaising with SME'S to create human-centred digital learning assets, along with the ability to understand UX design and research.

The successful candidate will have the following:
✔ Strong instructional design skills with experience creating a rang of content
✔Understands and can follow 5Di process/methodology
✔ Design thinker - understands design thinking process and theory
✔Copywriting and storytelling skills

Previous experience with the following software:
✔Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
✔Digital Learning Authoring using a market leading tool (e.g. Elucidat, Adapt, Evolve, GoMo, Articulate 360)
✔Collaborate and track projects using MS Teams and Miro
