Fifty Five and Five are on the lookout for a curious and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join their exciting, forward thinking digital marketing agency. The chosen candidate will be a creative at heart, who enjoys the craft and thought of digital first solutions and has their finger on the pulse of industry trends and innovation. They will have a curious passion for the use of AI in their day-to-day workflow and how it translates to the business to keep the company growing. Your application should include a link to your online portfolio with examples of real-life digital projects.

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days per week at our London Bridge based office.


Essential requirements:
~6+ years experience in a digital, creative or marketing agency.
~ Relevant degree in Graphic design or similar.
~ Experience in designing outstanding digital experiences, merging your own artistic vision with the latest AI technology.
~ Experience with using AI in your daily workflow, with the knowledge and know-how to inject into the business at ease.
~ Ability to communicate your ideas across a range of marketing platforms in digital and print.
~ A keen eye for visual design with an outstanding knowledge of brand and web design, with the latest understanding of UI/UX trends.
~ Comfortable presenting ideas to internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with them at key milestones.
~ Proficient in digital design software such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
~ Natural problem solving abilities to keep multiple projects on track within tight deadlines.
~ A solid understanding of how to conduct user-research to understand their problems to ideate unique solutions.


Nice to haves:
Some knowledge of front-end development (CSS, HTML)
Some experience in animation and the required software (AfterEffects etc.)
Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping to communicate core functionality to stakeholders and developers.
Experience creating and maintaining design systems.


Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be at working on multiple projects at one time, adapting to the individual needs of each project and working with multiple stakeholders. They will be confident working with AI and champion its use where necessary without encouragement from the business. Other responsibilities include:
AI design innovation - Embracing new AI technologies within the design team setup and sharing this knowledge with other parts of the business.
User-centered design - Using trusted UCD techniques to produce outstanding design solutions for real clients.
Brand - Creating and maintaining brands across multiple platforms from websites to social assets.
Web design - Creating and updating websites for clients across multiple sectors, with extensive knowledge of the best web-practices
User-journeys - Creating user journeys alongside the marketing department and content team to execute strict marketing strategies.
Collaboration - Working alongside different departments within the business to ensure an agile and smooth transition from different milestones within projects.
