Job Description Join Our Dynamic Team as an HR Administration Assistant
Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment? We are excited to invite an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an HR Administration Assistant.
This role will be working Monday - Friday 30 hours a week with half an hour break each shift.
As an HR Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by managing the full employee lifecycle. From onboarding to offboarding, you will ensure smooth and efficient HR processes, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our employees.
Data Management: Accurately enter and update employee information in the Human Resources Information Systems.
- Lifecycle Administration: Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment relations.
- Payroll Preparation : Prepare and supply accurate information to the payroll team.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to internal policies, relevant legislation, and data protection principles.
Qualifications: 5 GCSE's A-C, CIPD Level 3 is desirable but necessary
- Skills: Proficiency in IT, with experience in MS Excel and MS Word.
