You will have responsibility for leading rapid and sustainable improvement strategies designed to secure excellent outcomes and progression rates for all learners, promoting the highest standards in teaching, learning and assessment to maximise student achievement and progression.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high-quality teaching with the ability to secure excellent outcomes.
As a Head of Department for Drama at Meridian High School, you will have access to relevant CPD opportunities for professional development and growth. Working as part of the GLF Trust comprising of 42 schools, we can support you with career pathways for progression.
