The business school prides itself on deep engagement with established and new, fast growing organisations across multiple sectors to leverage the power of academia for real world impact.

The University is seeking to appoint a new Dean (official statutory title, Director) of the Cambridge Judge Business School, to build on the School's outstanding achievements to date. The successful candidate will be an exceptional, creative leader with first-rate academic credentials, commensurate with holding a professorial appointment in the University of Cambridge. The individual will evidence a record of inspirational leadership achieved at senior levels in academia, and the background and experience to gain the respect and trust of faculty and staff, as the head of a leading business school within one of the world's top universities.

This is an exciting opportunity to maintain the upward trajectory of CJBS, ensuring it retains its leading edge during a period of significant change and opportunity in global higher education.
